Rondo Group is owned and managed by Rothemba Ndouvhada, a registered professional Town Planner with a Bachelor of Technology in Town Planning. He graduated at the University of Johannesburg and over the years has worked at local government level and the private sector. He has over the years gained vast experience in undertaking projects from feasibility stages, land use application preparations, liaison with municipal officials and stakeholders, public participation and social facilitation to obtain the required approvals. This has given him a broad understanding of the industry and what is required to ensure the success of projects. Having worked in a multi-disciplinary organization gave him a great advantage of how to coordinate and manage various disciplines within the planning phases of projects.
